B2B platform – B2B wholesale

The B2B platform is an integrated transaction handling system with which you can set up a B2B wholesaler. Convenience and speed of order processing are the greatest advantages of e-commerce. Nowadays, it is essential to be open to new technologies, such as CStore’s sales automation systems, in order to meet customer demands and not fall far behind the competition. B2B wholesaling is a system that puts the customer first. Online B2B wholesale software enables orders to be processed quickly, so that sales can be conducted at the highest level.

This page presents all the capabilities of the B2B system including additional modules. Take a look at the packages to see what capabilities will be available in your wholesale platform.

Benefits of the B2B platform

  1. Automation of activities that contributes to increased quality of collaboration and financial performance – automation is one of the most important elements fostered by a modern B2B platform like CStore. With this feature, companies can automate a range of business processes, from purchasing to inventory management to sales. The use of such solutions having a B2B wholesaler not only allows for greater efficiency, but also better use of human resources. Employees can focus on more demanding and strategic tasks, while routine activities are automated. In the long term, investments in automation translate into increased competitiveness and better financial performance for the company.
  2. Restricting the time of employees who are responsible for direct service – reducing the time of employees involved in customer service is one of the main goals of introducing functionality such as the B2B panel in our platform. In practice, the automation of many tasks and access to up-to-date information through such a tool, allows for a significant reduction in the time spent on direct service. Instead, employees can focus on more valuable and demanding activities. Time savings result from the elimination of errors, caused by manual data entry, and enable better management of relationships with customers and partners.
  3. Cost reduction – the introduction of modern technology can significantly reduce operating costs. Through automation and better process management, it is possible to reduce costs associated with warehousing, customer service and logistics in industries such as, but not limited to, B2B wholesale. Ultimately, cost reductions translate into increased margins and the ability to offer more competitive pricing, which can be key to retaining and expanding your customer base.
  4. Controlling the current status of orders and complaints – the modern B2B platform that CStore offers includes the ability to track the status of orders and complaints in real time. This is extremely important for both customers and the service department. This type of control is often integrated into the warehouse system so that data can be updated automatically. Thus, the b2b online wholesaler can at least process orders faster. The end result is increased customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for the company.
  5. Continuous access to the product offer – offering continuous access to the product offer is one of the key assets that a modern B2B internet wholesaler should have. Being able to view your offering, compare prices and place orders 24/7 is an invaluable benefit to your customers. You can have this with our platform. It is also a great convenience for the company, which can thus better manage its product range and respond more effectively to changes in the market.
  6. Payment streamlining – the introduction of a variety of payment methods, integrated into the B2B platform, is another step towards streamlining business cooperation. The ability to settle transactions quickly, is a win-win for both parties. As a result, B2B wholesalers can also offer their customers a variety of financing options for purchases, which can be particularly attractive for smaller companies.
  7. Improving Customer Communication – One of the biggest challenges in B2B commerce is communicating effectively with the customer. The advanced B2B dashboard that the CStore platform has, offers communication tools such as an advanced customer relationship management (CRM) system. All of this helps to maintain constant and effective contact with customers, resulting in better relationships and ultimately higher sales.
  8. Convenience of service – B2B system operates 24 hours a day – in the age of digitalisation, 24-hour service availability has become the norm. 24-hour availability is not only a convenience, but often a key element of successful collaboration. If your business is wholesale b2b, with our platform you can be available to your customer all the time. Regardless of time zone or location, customers can browse offers, place orders and communicate with company representatives. In this way, the company can acquire and serve customers in different markets without additional resources.
  9. Saving time – one of the most tangible benefits of implementing the system we offer, and one that any B2B wholesaler , but not only, will benefit from, is significant time savings. The automation of routine tasks and processes, such as order placement or invoice management, allows human resources to be freed up for other, more strategic tasks. This is particularly important in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises, where the efficiency of each employee is important to the overall productivity of the company.
  10. Growth of sales – the implementation of an advanced B2B system like the one we offer as CStore is often a key element of a company’s sales strategy. By streamlining various aspects of the business, from order management to customer service, it is not only possible to increase efficiency, but also sales themselves. B2B wholesalers will benefit from this, but so will many other types of business. Data analysis and real-time monitoring of sales performance allow for ongoing optimisation of offerings and strategies, resulting in increased turnover and profits.
