The customer without logging in can browse the product catalogue with access to designated information. It is not possible to place orders, view prices and stocks.
A new customer can register to the system and awaits approval by the administrator, who confirms their account and assigns them to the selected discount group.
Information on discount thresholds and prices (including wholesale prices, percentage discount per product group, individual price per product and others) is taken from the financial / ERP programme. The ability to set prices and customer groups at the B2B wholesale platform level is also available.
When placing an order, the customer has information available on the payment term, in line with the settings in the financial software.
The customer sees the available stock or range and information on the availability date of the goods.
Ability to place orders within or above the credit limit once the order has been accepted by the merchant.
View a list of orders, invoices including amount, due dates, billing status and the ability to download the invoice in pdf.
