Basic information
MultiStoreis a CStore add-on that allows you to manage multiple online shops, in one place. Full control of products, stock levels, sales in one place. Customers and orders are assigned to the selected shop. The administrator can set access for his employees to selected shops with specific rights, so that one person can have access to, for example, only two shops, from a database of 15 different shops.
Easy addition of new shops
Adding new shops is just a few mouse clicks and a new online shop is available, with independent settings.
Each shop has individual assortment / category / manufacturer settings. Assigning products to a shop, is done in groups – by selecting categories and producers whose offer we want to include in the selected shop.
Full configuration of individual stores
Multistore allows you to set a Default configuration which is inherited for all other new shops. Each shop apart from the basic configuration may have its own configuration set.
Each shop may have a different graphic design, completely differentiating it from other online shops.
Customers and orders
Each customer and order is assigned to the online shop on which it was placed, allowing customers to register their accounts on each shop separately.
In the administration panel, information is available from which shop the order originated from.
Access rights
Administrator has the possibility to create user accounts with access to the administration panel. Each account may have permissions to selected online shops. The accounts can be freely configured, e.g.
– User no. 1 has access to shop A and B but only to orders,
– User no. 2 has access to shop C (to settings and products),
– User no. 3 has access to all information but only for shop A, etc.
Additional information
The MultiStore add-on is available from version CWStore 4.4 onwards and is charged extra according to the current price list.
It is possible to customise MultiStore to suit your individual needs for an additional charge.
The number of shops available depends on the licence currently held.
